At TIBBS & BONES, we want you to be obsessed with your new fit, so if something isn't quite right, we offer easy returns for store credit within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached and free from any makeup or glitter marks.

Return Process

  Check Your Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and still have all original TIBBS & BONES tags attached before starting your request.

  Submit a Return Request

  Head over to our online Returns Portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 3.
  Pack and Post

  Securely package your items and drop them off at your local post office using the shipping label provided or your preferred tracked courier.

• 4.
  Receive Your Store Credit

  Once our warehouse team processes your return, you will receive a digital gift card via email to shop for your next favorite look.
